At Brightwalls, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of wall lights and home décor. This Refund & Return Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for orders placed on https://brightwalls.store.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for most physical products, provided that:
- The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and hardware included
- The product shows no signs of installation, wiring, or mounting
- You provide proof of purchase (order number or invoice)
For safety and hygiene reasons, customized, made-to-order, or clearance items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return unless defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been installed, wired, or modified
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or electrical work not performed by a qualified electrician
- Products returned without original packaging or missing components
- Gift cards or promotional credits
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping where applicable.
4. Return Process
- Email contact@brightwalls.com with your order number, item(s) to return, and reason for return
- Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging to prevent damage in transit
- Ship the item to the address provided by our support team
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, or damage in transit).
5. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection
- Bank or payment gateway processing times may add additional days before funds appear in your account
- Shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error or a defective product
6. Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange for a different product of equal or greater value, contact us before returning your item. Price differences and additional shipping may apply.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting us promptly. If your order has already shipped, it will be treated as a return under this policy once delivered.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
